HotBargains.us does not guarantee that all information on the site will be completely accurate. The information on the HotBargains.us site is provided in an “as-is” fashion. HotBargains.us is not liable for any damages that are caused by the use of the site and again does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the site.
HotBargains.us does not sell or post passwords on this site. HotBargains.us excepts donations in exchange for information which can help people obtain tickets for concert, theatre, and sports event presales.
HotBargains.us reserves the right to suspend or terminate anybody at any time without explanation.
2. Terms of Use
By donating to or using HotBargains.us you agree that you are using the site and its information for personal use. You may not publish, reprint, distribute, duplicate, or modify any information provided by this site.
No refunds will be given at any time for any circumstance. All donations are just that, donations, and do not constitute a binding agreement for delivery of information or services. All donating parties will indemnify HotBargains.us and it’s owners, admins, subscribers, or affiliates of any and all legal actions, suits, proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, or disagreements.
It is beyond our control to know if and how many tickets are still available for a specifc event at any given time, thus, we are not responsible for donations made to HotBargains.us that do not result in successful ticket purchases. All donations to HotBargains.us are accepted regardless of ticket availablity, presale period dates, successful delivery of information on purchasing tickets, and/or delivery of ‘presale password’.
Upon successful receipt of funds, allowing reasonable time, the donating party will receive an electronic message from HotBargains.us(from presale@hotbargains.us, please check Spam/Junk folders) sent to your registered & verified PayPal email address encompassing information on purchasing tickets to a specific event during a ‘Presale Period’. Please do NOT use PayPal’s eCheck form of payment, as this will delay the ‘Presale Password’ until the funds clear(approx. 4 days)!
